At this time we only ship to the UK.
We use Royal Mail 2nd class post for all our parcels so rely on them to be efficient
For orders up to 2kg: £3.35
For orders over 2kg and up to 10kg: £5.35
If you require an order by 1st class post please contact us separately and we can give you a quote.
Refunds
We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Where goods are faulty please contact me via email or telephone to discuss the best course of action. Your custom is important to me and I will always try and accomodate your wishes.
Where faulty goods are returned to me, a full refund will be made upon receipt plus I will reimburse any postage costs you have incurred. There may be occasions where I send a duplicate out to you without a return. This is at my discretion and will be with your agreement.

They are made in small batches like our handcrafted soaps with all natural ingredients.
Luxury Soaps
We are passionate about making luxury handcrafted soaps all made with natural ingredients. They are perfumed with aromatherapy essential oils which blend well with different clays and ethically sourced mica powders.
